Getting Started

  • The intake process begins with a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss your child’s needs, review qualification requirements, and go over the documentation needed to begin services. Our team will also answer questions and explain the next steps in the process.

  • After intake, we will email a list of documents needed for insurance submission. Once all documentation is received, our team will verify eligibility, review ABA coverage requirements, and submit the request for approval of the initial assessment.

  • Once approved, our team will schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. As part of the assessment, we will work directly with your child to develop an individualized plan.

  • After the assessment, we will provide a comprehensive written therapy plan for review by you and your insurance provider. After approval, the therapy begins.
